General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Prices

The prices are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, including VAT and guaranteed by the accompanying document (invoice) to be kept carefully.

Methods of payment

The price is payable in advance through the platforms proposed on the website www.bijoux-herelba.ch using the secure payment system PayPal, by bank transfer or with TWINT (on request and carried out manually).

Sale

Selecting an item(s), paying the indicated price and accepting the general terms and conditions of sale constitute a firm order of the selected items. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the buyer. The contractual relationship only comes into effect on receipt of the confirmation e-mail. Each article is delivered with a photo and its description, signed by HERELBA and accompanied by the guarantee (invoice). The photographs on the site are as accurate as possible, but do not guarantee a perfect similarity with the article, particularly for the colours which can vary. The photographs cannot have any contractual value.

HERELBA creations are handmade. Care instructions are mentioned in the description of each article.

Deliveries

Deliveries within Switzerland are free of charge and are made by the Swiss Post. Deliveries are only made within Switzerland within Switzerland within 5 to 8 days.

PLEASE NOTE: HERELBA does not deliver packages in a post office box, but only against signature.

Returns and refunds

The ordered articles must be returned intact, complete, in their original packaging with the labels with their

references, their guarantee and the invoice.

The articles must be returned with the delivery note within 7 days of receipt of the package to HERELBA, Hélène Fonjallaz, Avenue de la Gare 32, 1003 Lausanne.

The shipping costs for the return are at the customer's expense.

Legal guarantees

Check the condition of the delivered items immediately upon receipt, without delay, to exclude manufacturing defects or damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies affecting the delivered items so that we can to enable us to remedy them. Used, personalised or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.
